Yesterday I listened to the podcast you did with Grant Williams following this article. I was very sorry to hear that it's caused you so much grief. Grant has been a north star for information for me for a long time, and now by association and some time following, you have as well. It's a tragedy that seeking the truth can become so combative (as you put it). I am only commenting here to let you know that I appreciate the effort you put into your writing and the genuine desire to present the facts. I wish I could find this kind of writing in more places.

Tort reform - most of these liars just want money.

Fighting pipelines nationwide is also very dangerous. I hope you do a story on this at some point.

Off topic. Just listened to the Steve Keen discussion. Any chance you can take a look at the global carrying capacity theory. Basis for his dystopian view of the future without radical change.

Interesting. Quoting from these two Tweets (see the VIDEOS):

"Ronald Lucy, is an expert in chemical spills, has been used as an "expert witness" and "exposure expert" in many large-scale lawsuits. He’s taking samples of the air, water, and soil in East Palestine to independently verify what that government and Norfolk Southern are claiming."

In regard to the dioxin produced by burning the vinyl chloride : "Chemical engineer expert (Ronald Lucy) explains how gov’t officials are lying in Ohio about it being a “controlled burn”.

A CB implies control of the oxygen & fuel used to burn the chemicals safely.

He says what happened in Ohio was an “Uncontrolled burn” which is why it created a toxic cloud."

There's quite a lot of people echoing my earlier (but not terribly well-received) sentiments about trusting the EPA. I still maintain, as I wrote before, the EPA is not to be trusted as they have bent/broken the rules time and again in the past.

Thank you for this detailed and thoughtful analysis. Whether it is the NIH/CDC Covid response or the FBI sponsored Russian misinformation campaign, I'm afraid government credibility will take some prolonged and consistent effort to restore. :-(

Call me skeptical. I don't expect the federal government and its agencies will create new regulations for the railway industry so this type of accident that endangers the citizenry never happens again.

I am sorry to say, our governments are not our friends. Our governments are the enemy. They are engaging in a functional model of implemented fascism (13:45 to 16:00 minute mark), as illustrated in the mass injection program of the last two years.

Pfizer has admitted this in court. Brook Jackson is suing Pfizer (April 2022) under the False Claims Act, stating that they defrauded the government. Pfizer has filed a Motion to dismiss the case, and stated IN COURT (paraphrased by Sasha Latypova) "Please dismiss this case, judge. We did not defraud the government. We delivered the fraud that the government ordered." THE GOVERNMENT has committed a fraud against its own people, and engaged with pharmaceutical companies to achieve it.

Sasha Latypova speaking at 23:57 minute mark, summing it all up in the last 2 minutes of her presentation, but watch the WHOLE 25 minutes to get your head around this:

Doomie, I have a question. You state in your article "In our experience, the EPA would not look to minimize the severity of an industrial accident of this type. Quite the opposite."

But then why would another federal government agency, NOAA, engage in a cover-up?

You are too trusting of governments. After all that is being uncovered about Covid and the injections that are bioweapons, many realize this is a democide. So why would TPTB stop there?

Many are now distrustful of the gov't and feel this toxic gas release is part of the attack on humanity, along with the numerous blazes erupting in food processing plants, chicken farms, and huge numbers of cattle dropping dead at the same time without explanation. The multi-pronged global attack on mankind is accelerating because those behind it are becoming more desperate. Are you refusing to see this picture, or do you have another explanation?

What would be your preferred method for shipping these chemicals?

The research that was done and the professional and clinical way it was presented was extraordinary. It takes great courage to take on the emotional and anecdotal narrative and fear mongering, some of which is in evidence in the comments. Unfortunately there is such an enormous volume of incompetence and intellectual dishonesty in government and academia that skepticism and distrust is justified.

Thanks Doomberg. Question. On your note “that we even allow vinyl chloride to be shipped in this fashion is unnecessary and unacceptable.” What is an economic and reasonable alternative to moving this stuff.

Also, are you aware if those railcars were being pushed or pulled by locomotives. Seeing the mess collection of those railcars, seems like a push crush from behind with no emergency braking at all.
